In this beginner level class, you will learn stretching and breathwork techniques to incorporate whenever you are feeling stressed, anxious or unfocused. This class will feel like a 45 minute self care break in the middle of your day. You will leave stronger and more balanced to face the rest of the day feeling relaxed and energized.
