- To see if you qualify for membership, check with your insurance provider, or stop by the PCC with your insurance card and we can check for you! Main insurance providers that cover SilverSneakers include:

- Humana
- UnitedHealthcare
- Cigna and Active Fit are offered through Silver & Fit and UnitedHealthcare through AARP members who participate with Renew Active offered through Optum.
